3rd 2008 EGM on 17 Nov

The company plans to convene its 3rd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 17 Nov 2008, at which a proposal related to the issuance of convertible bonds with detachable warrants will be examined and considered for approval. Both conventional and on-line voting will be adopted for the meeting. Holders of tradable shares can also register their votes through the voting system of the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, (www.chinaclear.cn) from 16 Nov 2008 at 15:00 to 17 Nov at 15:00.
