At the 6th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Supervisors, held on 25 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to add one member to the 3rd Board of Supervisors
Wang Jun was elected as a candidate for a position on the 3rd Board of Supervisors. The election must be submitted to an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for examination.
