Zhang Changhai has resigned as staff representative supervisor of the 4th Board of Supervisors. The company held a staff representative meeting on 6 Nov 2008, at which Zhu Longqing was elected Zhang's replacement. His term of office will end in concurrence with that of the 4th Board of Supervisors.
