In Oct 2008, the company sold 464,000 sq. meters of property and realized a sales return of RMB 3.35 bln, down 12.2% and 22.1% from the corresponding figures for the same period in 2007, when sq. meters of area sold and sales revenue registered a YOY decrease of 15.0% and 35.1%, respectively.

During the first 10 months of 2008, the company sold a total of 4,488,000 sq. meters of property, a decrease of 9.6% YOY and earned RMB 3,896,000 in revenue, a decrease of 7.1% YOY.

The company has not developed any new projects since disclosing its performance in Sept 2008.
