Anhui Tech-bank Feed Tech Relocation

At the 20th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 29 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 3Q 2008 Report and its Abstract
2. a proposal to relocate Anhui Tech-bank Feed Technology Co., Ltd. (ATFT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and restructure its current assets
At the 10th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 27 Mar 2008, a proposal to change the site of Anhui He County project to Tongjiang Avenue, Wujiang Industrial Park in He County was examined and approved. In line with the relocation and newly-constructed production project, the board has authorized its management to assist in ATFT's relocation and asset restructuring.
