3Q 2008 Report Approved

At the 12th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 28 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 3Q 2008 Report
2. to revise the Rules of Procedures for the General Meetings of Shareholders
3. to revise the Rules of Procedures for the Meetings of the Board of Directors
4. the Administrative Measures for Related-party Transactions

Proposals 2, 3 and 4 will be submitted to a general meeting of shareholders to be examined and considered for approval.
