At the 12th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 31 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to acquire the Fuzhou Strait Vocation & Technological College

2. to replace the head of the auditing department
Chen Xuehua resigned from the position of the head of the auditing department and Wu Longshun will take his place at the recommendation of the company's Auditing Committee.
