Trading Suspension Continues

Due to ongoing preparations for major asset restructuring, trading in shares of the company will continue to be suspended, in compliance with relevant regulations, to protect the interests of shareholders and to avoid unusual price movements.

Following consultation with relevant governmental authorities, it is confirmed that because the restructuring is regarded as an innovative merger between listed companies, the company will not be able to disclose related information during the suspension.
