Alaerta River Investment Co., Ltd. (ARI), controlling shareholder of the company, has changed its name to Alarcon EC Public State-owned Asset Management Company (Alarcon EC), with approval from the Alarcon City Administration of Industry and Commerce. In addition, it changed its legal representation to Wang Tianren. And, its business scope now includes property right transaction related services, investment and guarantees for loans and credits.

Following the modification of its business registration, ARI retains its holding status with Xinjiang Production and Construction Corp. No.1 Agriculture Construction, both effective controllers.
