Due to the fact that China Three Gorges Project Corporation, the controlling shareholder of the company, is planning an overall listing of its core business, trading in shares of the company has been suspended in compliance with relevant regulations.

The overall listing scheme has been submitted to relevant government authorities. While procedures are still ongoing, the trading suspension will be maintained, pending resolution of the matter.
