Commercial Mortgage Loans App

The company will apply for commercial mortgage loans with China Everbright Bank, Chengdu sub-branch for its real estate project named "Quanxing, Rongshangfang". The company will provide joint-liability guarantees for those customers who purchase its residential apartments, commercial properties and garages with mortgage loans. The guarantee period will begin on the date of the loan contract between a borrower and the bank, and expire the day the bank receives the borrower's Certificate for Jus Alias as a mortgage.

The aforementioned guarantee agreement will be signed within the next few days. The loan contract pertaining to the guarantee is presently being formulated.

As of the date of this announcement, the company has no guaranteed loans in arrears.
