On 4 Nov 2008, certain media sources reported that Big Wealthy Investment Co., Ltd. said that, as of 30 Oct 2008 the company had received the the China Securities Regulatory Commission's approval for the issuance of up to 400 mln shares via private placement.

The company hereby clarifies that it is now preparing materials regarding the private placement. Big Wealthy's statement was not a true reflection of the facts. Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company's shares.
