(Sichuan Electric), the second-largest shareholder of the company, held 32,817,563 shares of the company, equal to a 10.05% stake.

On 3 Nov 2008, the Management Company decreased its holdings in the company by 16,324,000 shares, accounting for 4.99999799% of the total shares outstanding via the bulk trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

On the same day, Sichuan Electric purchased 16,324,000 making Sichuan Electric the company's largest shareholder, with a total of 49,141,563 shares, equal to a 15.05% stake, while 2,088,226 shares of the company were held by the Management Company.
