On 4 Nov 2008, the company received a notice from China Everbright Bank, Shenzhen branch, stating that two guarantees of RMB 5,271,674 and RMB 800,000 respectively, both provided by the company for Shenzhen Seg Communications Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, have met expiration requirements and have been canceled by the bank at the company's request.

As of the date of this announcement, the company has fulfilled all its obligations with regards to the two above-mentioned guarantees. The company currently has no external guarantees outstanding.
