Special Remarks on Idle Raised Funds Use

The independent directors assert that the use of RMB 40 mln in idle raised funds to temporarily supplement working capital will not exert any adverse effect on projects financed with raised funds. It will improve the efficiency of the use of raised funds and will not harm interests of shareholders.
