On 17 Oct 2008, Tibet Yulong Copper Industry Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, will complete and put into trial operation the first stage construction of phase 1 of its copper mining, refining and smelting project.

According to a construction plan, an annual output of 30,000 tonnes of electrolytic copper is expected in the first stage. The second stage construction, with an annual output of 20,000 tonnes will be completed and put into trial production in 2010.
