The company received a notice from Fujian Furi Group Co., Ltd. (FFG), the controlling shareholder of the company, stating that FFG's 52,111,328 shares in the company, of which 42,080,000 shares were previously pledged to Export-Import Bank of China and 10,031,328 shares were previously pledged to Fujian Investment Guarantee Co., Ltd. (FIG), have been released.

Meanwhile, FFG, which now holds 120,743,800 shares of the company, pledged 35 mln of its shares in the company, equal to a 14.55% stake, to FIG and 5 mln shares of the company, equal to a 2.08% stake, to Fujian Huaxing Property Development Co., Ltd., as a counter-guarantee on bank financing for Fujian Electronics Information (Group) Co., Ltd.

Relevant procedures were completed on 3 Nov 2008 with the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., Shanghai branch.
