Board Chairman He Qiang Resigns

On 4 Nov 2008, He Qiang, the former chairman of the board of directors, submitted a registration letter to C&T Technology Development Co., Ltd.

The responsibilities of the chairman of the board of directors are now delegated to Fang Lin, vice chairman of the board of directors, until a new chairman of the board of directors is elected to fill the vacancy.
