23.4 Mln Pledged Shares Released

According to a notice from Chongqing Doyen Industry (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (CDI), a shareholder of the company, 23.4 mln restricted shares of the company held by CDI, which were previously pledged to CITIC Co., Ltd., Chongqing branch, were released on 31 Oct 2008.

Relevant procedures have been completed with the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., Shanghai branch.
