Trading Suspension Maintained

Trading in shares of the company has been suspended, in compliance with relevant regulations, due to ongoing preparations for a major asset restructuring.

As the planned major asset restructuring is to be regarded as an innovative merger between listed companies, it is therefore confirmed by relevant government authorities that additional information will not be disclosed during the trading suspension, pursuant to relevant regulations. The suspension of trading in the company's shares will be maintained.
