Aokesen (Beijing) International Asset Evaluation Co., Ltd. was entrusted by both the company and PKU International Hospital to conduct the asset evaluation of Chongqing Daxin's shareholders' equity. The result is as follows:

As of 30 Jun 2008, Chongqing Daxin's shareholders' equity is RMB 253,553,600, based on the Asset-based Valuation.
