According to a ruling received on 16 Oct 2008 from the Haifeng County People's Government of Guangdong related to a lawsuit stemming from the transfer of RMB 30.73 in creditor rights and associated interest, Shenzhen Urban Investment Development Co., Ltd., a previously uninvolved party, will assume the responsibility for the case, undertaking the rights and obligations previously assigned to the former applicant, China Cinda Asset Management Corporation.
