Pursuant to a notice jointly issued by the Shijiazhuang Finance Bureau, the Shijiazhuang Price Bureau and the Shijiazhuang Development and Reform Commission, the company will adjust heating prices in urban areas. Detailed information is as follows:

1. For non-residential heating, the price will be raised to RMB 52 per GJ from RMB 36 per GJ, or RMB 31 per sq. meter from RMB 25.6 per sq. meter.
2. For residential heating, the price will be raised to RMB 22 per sq. meter from RMB 18.4 per sq. meter.
3. For heat exchange stations in residential areas and heating enterprises, the steam price will be raised to RMB 42 per GJ from RMB 29.5 per GJ.

The adjustment, which can ease pressure from soaring coal prices, will be implemented on 15 Nov 2008. It is projected that the company's consolidated revenue for 2008 will be RMB 39 mln.
