To ensure that the company's related-party transactions are fair, just and open, and in line with the interests of the company and non-related shareholders, the company has formulated the Administrative Measures on Related-party Transactions. The document is in compliance with the Company Law of PRC, the Securities law of PRC, the Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Articles of Association.

The company and related-parties will also abide by relevant provisions in the administrative measures, as well as laws, regulations, standardized documents and the Articles of Association.
