At the 27th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 29 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to elect Li Xingyu as Chairman of the 3rd Board of Directors
2. to replace certain members of the special committees of the Board of Directors
3. the 3Q 2008 Report
4. to revise the Articles of Association
5. to revise the Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure
6. to convene the 3rd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 14 Nov 2008 at 9:00 am in the meeting room of the company, at which proposal 4 will be examined and considered for approval
