At the 16th 2008 Meeting of the Board of Directors, held on 29 Oct 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to give priority to the implementation of private placement of RMB-denominated common shares, approval from China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Upon complementation of the private placement, the company will arrange the declaration and implementation for the issuance of convertible bonds with detachable warrants.
