Market watchers continued to question the progress of a wind power project after the company released a progress report. In response, an on-site press conference was held in Beihai City.

At the Beihai wind turbine base, a reporter pointed out the three-bladed wind turbines, each stretching 44 meters across, fully equipped with a generator worth several million yuan. In the future, the company aims to manufacture these turbines domestically. The general manager of the enterprise, An Lansheng, stated that construction of the assembly plant is complete and that it is ready to apply for both ISO certification and the Japanese 6S production system certificate as well. The plant will be the first simulation testing center in China.

In a workshop at the headquarters, an employee demonstrated meteorological data collection and soil analysis, in addition to revealing the project's authorized land agreement. The company recently gained approval from the Beihai Power Bureau for wind turbine generation. In response to a delay in introducing a sample wind turbine, An Lansheng said that inverters, transformers and cooling system components were transferred South Korea for assembly and comprehensive product quality testing.
