Deputy GM's Stakes in Subsidiaries Acquired

Pursuant to resolutions of the 23rd Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, the company has acquired a 6.838% stake in Datang Software Technology Co., Ltd. (DST) and a 2.56% stake in Beijing Datang Kaitong Software Technology Service Co., Ltd. (BDKSTS), both held by Zhao Jie, the current deputy general manager of the company, at a price of up to RMB 4 mln.

As DST is a subsidiary of the company and BDKSTS is a subsidiary of DST, the above-mentioned issue constitutes a related-party transaction.
