3Q 2008 Report Approved

At the 34th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 3Q 2008 Report
2. to provide a one-year guarantee for Shanghai Putian Makeni Network Technology Co., Ltd. (SPMNT), on a RMB 15 mln operating capital loan with China Citic Bank, Haihai Road sub-branch
The company's acquisition of SPMNT's stake is still ongoing.

3. to apply for a one-year RMB 430 mln line of credit with relevant banks
4. to examine proposal 3 at a forthcoming general meeting of shareholders
