At the 13th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, held on 25 Oct 2008, the revised version of the company's Management Rules on Information Disclosure for 2008 was examined and approved. Compared to the old version, the 2008 revised version of the company's management rules on information disclosure includes the following:

1. the internal control and supervision mechanism of financial management and accounting: 10% of the company's annual net profit will be recorded in the company's legal common reserve fund
2. the management and reporting system concerning subsidiaries' information disclosure
3. the consequences of irresponsible disclosure of information
