On 23 Nov 2008, Yangpu Bainian Investment Co., Ltd., the third largest shareholder, pledged 1.5 mln tradable shares of the company to Tianjin University of its 2.25 mln shares under the company's 2007 Profit and Stock Dividend Distribution scheme. Relevant procedures were completed at China Securities Depository and Clearing Corp., Ltd., Shenzhen branch. The company received a notice from Bainian Investment stating that the 2.25 mln shares had been transferred to Tianjin University.

Following the transfer, Bainian Investment holds 30,010,827 shares, equal to a 4.99% stake, and remains the third largest shareholder. Meanwhile, Tianjin University holds 2.25 mln shares of the company.
