RMB 50 Mln Loan Guarantee Approved

At the 43rd Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, held on 23 Oct 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to provide a one-year joint liability guarantee on a RMB 50 mln loan for Henan Pinggao Electric Co.,Ltd., with Everbright Bank, Zhengzhou branch.

Including the guarantee, the company has provided a total of RMB 472 mln in external guarantees, of which RMB 30 mln are for subsidiaries. There are no guaranteed loans in arrears.
