The company recently received a notice from Salim Wanye (Shanghai) Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder, stating that 93.95 mln shares of the company, previously pledged to Agricultural Bank of China, Shanghai Putuo sub-branch, were released on 22 Oct 2008.

Subsequently, an additional 93.95 mln shares of the company, including 15.42 mln tradable shares, were pledged by Salim Wanye (Shanghai) Enterprise Group to the same bank for one year starting 23 Oct 2008.

To date, Salim Wanye (Shanghai) Enterprise Group has pledged 219.75 mln shares, equal to a 49.07% stake in the company.
