Independent directors of the company hereby issue the following special remarks, in compliance with relevant regulations, on the retroactive adjustment of net profit in the 3Q 2007 Financial Report:

The net profit in the 3Q 2007 Financial Report was adjusted from RMB 66.2915 mln to RMB 30.539 mln in compliance with Interpretation No. 1 of the Accounting Standard for Business Enterprises.

The above-mentioned issue is in compliance with the regulations in Accounting Standard for Business Enterprises and will not impact shareholder interests.
