The company hereby announces the following guarantees provided for its subsidiaries:

1. guarantees for two acceptance bills of RMB 4,541,264 and RMB 2,487,548 from Bank of Beijing, Centergate Technology Park sub-branch and Bank of China, Beijing Haidian sub-branch, respectively, as well as RMB 100 mln in loans from Bank of Communications, Beijing Hepingli sub-branch for Datang Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.
2. guarantees for RMB 713,026, RMB 718,200 and RMB 381,500 acceptance bills from Guangdong Development Bank, Beijing Xinwai sub-branch for Datang Software Technology Co., Ltd.
3. guarantees for RMB 1,050,000 and RMB 1,801,368 acceptance bills from China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Chengdu branch for Chengdu Datang Cables Co., Ltd.

As of the date of this announcement, the company has cumulatively provided RMB 511,124,932 external guarantees and there are no guarantees in arrears.
