In order to establish a long-term system to prevent the possible misappropriation of funds by the controlling shareholder or other related parties, the Management Measures for the Prevention of the Possible Misappropriation of Funds by the Controlling Shareholder or Other Related Parties were formulated.

The aforementioned measures are in compliance with the Company Law of the PRC, Securities Law of the PRC, Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Articles of Association of the company.
