SHANGHAI MATSUOKA CO., LTD (600555)Over 150 Mln Company Shares Acquired66,254,198 of the company's restricted shares and 88,380,000 of its B-shares were acquired by Zhejiang Jiulongshan International Tourism Development Co., Ltd., Resort Property International Limited, Ocean Garden Holding Ltd., and Pinghu Mozhihua Industrial Development Co., Ltd. The quantities of A and B shares acquired by these companies have thus respectively increased to 132,508,396 and 176,760,000 following the 2007 dividend payment.Due to the involvement of a foreign corporation in the acquisition and the need for materials necessary for the transfer to be notarized, relevant procedures pertaining to the transaction are still ongoing.
