RMB 4 Mln for 3.45% of Beijing Jingyang

The company recently paid RMB 4 mln via the China Beijing Equity Exchange to acquire a 3.45% stake in Beijing Jingyang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., previously held by Beijing Wangfujing Property Investment Co., Ltd. Following the purchase, the company's stake in Beijing Jingyang has increased from 90% to 93.45%.
