Guangxi North Bay Bank Registered

Following an approval by the China Banking Regulatory Commission, Guangxi North Bay Bank Co., Ltd., an affiliate of the company, completed relevant procedures pertaining to an industrial and commercial registration on 14 Oct 2008. The opening ceremony took place on 23 Oct 2008.

Guangxi North Bay Bank has a registered capital of RMB 2 bln, in which the company has contributed RMB 600 mln, equal to a 15% stake.
