2. to re-examine the leasing agreement signed with Foshan Dupont Teijin Films Co., Ltd.
3. to re-examine the service/support contract between Foshan Dupont Teijin Films Co., Ltd. and its related companies with Dupont Diren Films (China) Co., Ltd.
