At the 8th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors and the 7th Meeting of the 5th Board of Supervisors, both held on 22 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 3Q 2008 Report
2. to liquidate Global Magnetic Card Property Development Co., Ltd. (GMCPD)
3. to retain the company's auditors
4. special rules on prevention of funds misappropriation by major shareholders or related parties
5. to replace certain members on the board of supervisors

The aforementioned proposals must be submitted to a general meeting of shareholders for examination and approval.
