(Taihao), the second-largest shareholder of the company, stating that Taihao committed to extend the lock-up period on 11,304,780 shares of the company for an additional year, effective 28 Oct 2008 to 27 Oct 2009. The announcement was made on 27 Oct 2008. During the period, Taihao will not sell the aforementioned shares via the trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
