44.32 Mln Shares Frozen in Sequence

On 22 Oct 2008, the company received a notice from Sino-Con Telecom Group, its second-largest shareholder, stating that 44,317,800 restricted shares of the company, currently held by Sino-Con, were frozen in sequence by the Guangzhou Intermediate Peoples' Court for two years, effective 21 Oct 2008.

At present, a total of 44,317,800 shares of the company held by Sino-Con are all frozen, equal to a 11.66% stake.
