In order to improve the corporate governance structure and regulate operation, an Independent Director System has been formulated. The document is in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and the Articles of Association.

The system is only applicable to the company. It stipulates independent directors' duties and responsibilities as well as eligibility, setting rules for election and the replacement of independent directors. The revised system also addresses matters such as issuing independent opinion and working conditions of independent directors.
