Zhu Wei Recommended as Director

At the 9th Meeting of the 7th Board of Directors, held on 20 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 3Q 2008 Report
2. to nominate Zhu Wei as Guan Wenhao's successor after his resignation as a director on the 7th Board of Directors
The nomination will be submitted to a general meeting of shareholders for examination.

3. to convene the 2nd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 Nov 2008
