791 Mln A-shares Privately Placed

The company has raised RMB 11,380,032,078 by allotting 790,528,316 A-shares to three recipients at RMB 14.62 per share via private placement.

On 20 Oct 2008, the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, Shanghai branch, provided the certificate for this private placement. The lock-up period on the shares is 36 months starting on 20 Oct 2008. The company will submit an application with the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the aforementioned 790,528,316 A-shares to be tradable as of 20 Oct 2011.
