At the 4th 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 21 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to revise the Articles of Association
2. a general election for the 4th Board of Directors and the 4th Board of Supervisors
At a staff representative assembly, Hu Feng was elected the Staff Representative Supervisor.
