The company was notified by one of its shareholders, Zhejiang Hengji Industrial Development Co., Ltd., and Zhengyuan Investment Co., Ltd., the company's largest shareholder, that on 15 Oct 2008, Zhejiang Hengji sold its 16,826,300 tradable shares in the company to Zhengyuan Investment at the price of RMB 2.78 per share via the block trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Total transaction price was RMB 46,777,114.

Prior to the transaction, Zhejiang Hengji held 20,990,117 of the company's tradable shares while Zhengyuan Investment held 33,652,600 tradable shares of the company.

Following the transaction, Zhejiang Hengji still holds 4,163,817 tradable shares of the company, equal to a 1.24% stake, while Zhengyuan Investment holds 50,478,900 tradable shares of the company, equal to a 15% stake.
