Shanghai Nine Dragon Co. Ltd is mainly engaged in the development of real estate, commercial property, tourism real estate (e.g., Jiulongshan vacation resort) and printing and paper making. It has successfully won the construction rights to Phase I of the 10 km2 Jiulongshan Project and has 1,700 acres of land reserves. The company's major projects include a golf course, rowing clubs and resorts in the Oriental Venice development, with a planned sales area of about 1.9 mln m2. In addition, Zhejiang Matsuoka Printing Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of the company, and Kimo.com (BVI) Corporation have jointly funded the establishment of Shanghai Jingrui Information Technology Co. Ltd, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYSTEX Information (Taiwan) Co. Ltd, registered in the British Virgin Islands.
