The company received a notice from its shareholder Xi'an Hi-tech (Group) Co., Ltd. stating that as of 21 Oct 2008, 6,579,597 of the company's tradable shares, equal to a 1.4988% stake, were sold via the trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Of this figure, 6,540,000 shares, equal to a 1.49% stake, were sold on the SSE by way of block trading to Xi'an Hi-tech Industry Risk Investment Co., Ltd. at a price of RMB 3.90 per share.

Following the transaction, Xi'an Hi-tech (Group) Co., Ltd.'s holding in the company was reduced from 8,024,875 shares to 1,445,278 shares, equal to a 0.33% stake.
